Inter-Med Oncology, LLC was founded in 1978 and has since grown into a large hematology/oncology medical practice. We offer two locations to serve your needs. Our Homewood office is just a few miles from Ingalls Memorial Hospital and South Suburban Hospital. Our Tinley Park office is just minutes from Palos Community Hospital. Both offices are also in close proximity to St. James, St. Francis and Christ Hospitals.
Office Hours
We are open 7 days a week in order to meet the needs of our patients. Both offices open at 9 am. On Saturdays and Sundays, our Homewood office is the only office that is open; calls from Tinley Park office patients will be forwarded to nurses there. Our staff is familiar with patients from both sites. If you need to be seen on the weekend and you are a Tinley Park office patient, you will have to go to the Homewood office. When our office is closed, we have an answering service that can contact a doctor for you 24 hours a day should you need assistance outside of normal office hours.
